LINBLANK

The LINBLANK blank separation tool provides an economical method of separating blanks for small and medium production runs.
The one-time purchase of an aluminium base frame provides the basis for every follow-up tool. The blanking grid is fabricated individuallly.

The lightweight design of the LINBLANK (aluminium/aluminium section construction) offers two versions in the same way as the solid construction:

• wooden frame with inserted flat steel grid
• steel plate construction cut by laser or water jet

Thanks to a plug-in system, the tool can be changed over for the next order quickly and without great effort during blanking operation.
The top part of the blank separation tool remains identical for both designs and uses the proven wood construction. Depending on requirement, the top part can also be equipped with holder systems.
