Separation of Blanks

Tools for separating blanks have long been part of our delivery range since the apperance of the first machines with scrap stripping device.

We can off a large number of variants matched to the specific requirements of the order and the machine type:

• Single/double cutting
• Scrap skeleton straight/bent
• Complete subplates cut by laser or water jet, as alternative to the scrap skeleton version
• Upper part design dependent on scrap treatment
• Punch design
• Holder systems for fixing lateral edges and double cuts (hold-down bars, point fixing, holder frames with the possibility of transporting the entire stripped or residual scrap skelton)
