Stacker for all blanks still joined together.
All other scrap parts are already removed in advance in the stripping station.
The gripper edge is pulled through past the blank separating station and deposited on the scrap conveyor belt.

Application:

• blanks and layouts that are otherwise difficult or impossible to separate
• short die cutting runs

Advantages:

• one-time procurement costs for lower part of aluminium base frame and upper part of wooden base plate
• short set-up times
• fast, easy handling

Construction:

Lower section consisting of an aluminium base frame with an adjustable rail in the Y-axis, on which two lateral
guides which are also adjustable are mounted (adjustment in X-asis). Fast, accurate presetting for the remaining
sheet dimension is made possible by the graduated scales that are fixed on the frame parts.
The presetting can also be corrected for the production process after the first sheets have been stacked in order
to achieve optimum stacking.

Upper section consisting of wooden base plate with aluminium profile rails, on which flexible punches are mounted.
The punches can thus be positioned quickly and easily in the wanted areas thanks to the graduated scales that are also fitted here.

Gripper strike-off boards for the upper/lower part adapted to the particular layout have to be manufactured for every order.
Installation on the upper/lower tool and dismanting is by means of an alignment system with screw connections.
