- minimized rubbering impressions, especially in conjunction with the water-jet cut rubbering process used by us to ensure correct contours
- reduction of the number of holding points
- integration of embossing punches, counterscoring lines and negative grooving
We offer three different plate qualities, matched to the most widely varying requirements:
LSR15
All advantages of die cutting technology at minimum costs.
Suitable for small sized runs
LSR35
This medium-hard quality is suitable for repeat orders with small and medium sized runs
LSR50
This extremely hard plate with fine grain structure is suitable for very high volume runs. Integration of milled pockets for embossing dies or counterscoring with optimum flatness of the plate.
