Conditions of data

General conditions for digital data transfer
The ideal requirements for digital data transfer are described in these conditions.

I. Data format
The ideal program for data transfer is cf2.
File in form of vector graphic. Differentiation of line type/style necessary.
If it is not possible to use this data type the following alternatives are possible: -ai, -eps, -dxf, -ipd

II. Data transfer
Data should preferably be transferred by e-mail to cad@linhardt-gmbh.com.

III. Data scope
All incoming data is checked for completeness.
If any data is found to be missing, our order administrator will contact the customer.

Data should contain the following information:

• Wood size, gripper size and position
• Cutting blade, pressure adjustment
• Differentiation of line types (cutting, creasing, scoring lines, etc.) in the program
• Perforation with defined pitch
• Counterscoring, reverse creasing
• Definition of the line thickness (Pointage)
• Holding points (position und size)
• Raised embossing, deep embossing (inserted in the individual blank)
• Sheet format
• File with integrated individual blank
• Stripping parts
• Transfer of blanks

If any components of the required data are missing they will be implemented in accordance with
the customer master data. The customer should draw the attention of our order administration
department in advance in writing to any order-specific instructions that differ from the customer
master data.

IV. Modifications
The customer must notify our order administration department explicitly if data in existing programs
has been modified. Any data changes or adjustments that become necessary later will be made
known to the customer and will be billed.
